An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join an established legal practice in Warwickshire.

This role would suit a confident and client-focused property lawyer looking to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload within a professional and supportive environment. The successful candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, the ability to work independently and a commitment to delivering a high standard of service throughout the conveyancing process.

The Role

You will manage residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring matters progress efficiently while keeping clients informed at every stage.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.

• Handling property sales and purchases from instruction through to completion.

• Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction process.

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress matters.

• Ensuring all transactions comply with relevant legal, regulatory and risk management requirements.

• Maintaining excellent client relationships and delivering a consistently high standard of service.

• Taking ownership of your caseload and ensuring matters are managed efficiently and accurately.

The Ideal Candidate

• A qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE, or equivalent experience as a residential property lawyer.

• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing.

• The ability to manage a full caseload independently.

• Excellent communication and client care skills.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• A proactive and professional approach, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.

• A commitment to providing practical advice and an excellent client experience.
