The position would suit an established Partner or an experienced Senior Solicitor ready to take the next step in their career and take responsibility for a residential conveyancing department.

The Role

The successful candidate will take a leading role in the residential conveyancing team, overseeing the delivery of high-quality legal services while supporting the continued development of the department.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing the residential conveyancing team.

• Overseeing a varied caseload of residential property transactions.

• Maintaining excellent standards of client care and technical quality.

• Developing and strengthening client relationships and professional networks.

• Identifying opportunities to grow the department and generate new business.

• Supporting, mentoring and developing colleagues within the team.

• Contributing to the wider strategic and commercial objectives of the practice.

The Ideal Candidate

• An experienced Residential Conveyancing Partner or Senior Solicitor with substantial expertise in residential property.

• Strong technical knowledge across residential conveyancing matters.

• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Commercially minded, with an interest in business development and departmental growth.

• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.

• A proactive and strategic approach, with the ability to help shape the future of the team.
