Shropshire | 3+ Years PQE | Hybrid Working

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE to join a well-established legal practice in Shropshire.

The role would suit a solicitor looking to further develop their expertise while taking an active role in a busy and growing department.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, advising a diverse client base on transactions ranging from day-to-day matters to complex, high-value deals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on commercial landlord and tenant matters.

• Handling acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.

• Drafting and negotiating conditional contracts, option agreements and overage arrangements.

• Advising on secured lending transactions.

• Dealing with easements and associated property matters.

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear, commercially focused advice.

• Contributing to the continued development and success of the wider commercial property team.

You will benefit from a balance of support and independence, allowing you to take ownership of your work while continuing to develop your technical expertise.

The Ideal Candidate

• A qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in commercial property.

• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property transactions.

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• A commercially minded approach with a strong focus on client service.

• Confident communication and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable using technology and open to developing new ways of working.

• A proactive and ambitious approach, with a genuine interest in progressing your career within commercial property.
