Senior Immigration Lawyer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Immigration Lawyer to join an established and growing immigration team at a leading international law firm in Birmingham.

This role would suit an experienced solicitor with a strong background in business and corporate immigration who is looking to take the next step in their career within a well-established practice.

The team advises businesses and corporate clients on a range of immigration matters, offering the opportunity to work on complex and varied cases while building strong relationships with clients.

Based in impressive Birmingham city centre offices, the firm offers hybrid working and a collaborative environment for lawyers looking to develop their careers within a recognised legal practice.

This opportunity may also appeal to lawyers currently based outside the West Midlands who are considering relocating to the area and would welcome the flexibility of hybrid working.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• At least 7 years PQE as a solicitor in England and Wales.

• A strong background in business and corporate immigration.

• Experience advising corporate clients and employers on immigration matters.

• Excellent technical knowledge and the ability to provide clear, commercially focused advice.

• Strong client relationship and communication skills.

• The ability to manage a varied caseload independently while working effectively as part of a team.

• An interest in contributing to the continued development of an established immigration practice.
