Corporate Immigration Solicitor | 1–3 Years’ PQE

We are working with a well-regarded law firm seeking a Corporate Immigration Solicitor to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least one year of UK immigration experience to develop their expertise in business immigration, advising clients on sponsorship, visa applications and international recruitment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least one year of experience in UK immigration law.

• A good understanding of the sponsorship system and associated visa categories.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.

• A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in corporate immigration.

• An interest in business development and contributing to the growth of the team.

The role

You will advise clients on a range of UK business immigration matters, manage Sponsor Management System activities, liaise with the Home Office and support businesses with their international recruitment needs. The role will also involve client training, audits and contributing to the development of the team's resources.
