Private Client Solicitor

Warwickshire | 4+ Years PQE | Hybrid & Flexible Working

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join an established legal practice in Warwickshire.

This role would suit a confident and technically capable solicitor looking to take ownership of a varied private client caseload, advising individuals and families on a broad range of personal, financial and succession planning matters.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters while contributing to the development of junior colleagues within a supportive team environment.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of private client matters, providing clear, practical advice tailored to each client's circumstances.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting wills and advising on succession planning.

• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney.

• Managing the administration of estates and trusts.

• Advising on deeds of variation, gifts and family arrangements.

• Providing tax planning and estate planning advice.

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team, helping them develop their technical knowledge and experience.

The Ideal Candidate

• A qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE in private client law.

• Strong technical expertise across a broad range of private client matters.

• The ability to manage a full caseload independently and efficiently.

• A sound understanding of tax considerations and estate planning.

• Good commercial awareness and a practical, client-focused approach.

• Experience supporting, mentoring or developing junior colleagues.

• Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
