The team is performing exceptionally well, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to become involved in a varied and interesting caseload while developing their technical expertise alongside experienced colleagues.

The Role

You will advise clients on a broad range of private client matters, including:

• Drafting wills and advising on succession planning.

• Providing estate planning advice tailored to clients’ personal and financial circumstances.

• Administering estates and dealing with probate matters.

• Advising on inheritance tax and wider tax planning considerations.

• Assisting with trust creation, administration and related advice.

• Building strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of service.

The role will offer exposure to good-quality work, with the opportunity to take responsibility for matters and continue building your expertise across the full range of private client services.

The Ideal Candidate

• A junior Solicitor with experience in private client law.

• A sound understanding of wills, probate and estate administration.

• An interest in developing expertise in estate planning, tax and trusts.

• Strong communication and client care skills, with the ability to explain complex matters clearly and sensitively.

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

• A proactive approach and a genuine commitment to developing a long-term career in private client work.
