Managing disputes through all stages of the litigation process, from pre-action strategy and pleadings through to trial and enforcement.
Advising on alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration, with a focus on achieving commercially sensible outcomes for clients.
Taking a strategic lead on significant client matters, providing clear, commercially focused advice on risk, exposure and litigation strategy.
Developing existing client relationships and identifying opportunities to generate new instructions.
Playing an active role in the growth and direction of the wider disputes practice, including supporting and mentoring junior lawyers.
The Candidate
An established Commercial Litigation Partner, or a senior lawyer with a strong case for partnership.
Extensive experience handling complex commercial disputes, ideally involving substantial financial or commercial exposure.

A proven ability to manage demanding litigation, develop case strategy and deliver effective outcomes for clients.
Commercially astute, with an understanding of the wider business implications of contentious matters.
A track record of business development, client relationship management and generating new work.
