Family Solicitor | 2–5 Years’ PQE

We are working with a well-regarded law firm seeking a Family Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience managing their own caseload, a strong client focus and an interest in developing their practice. You will handle an established caseload while contributing to business development and the continued growth of the team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years experience in private family law, including complex or high-net-worth matters.

• Experience managing their own caseload independently.

• A strong commitment to constructive family law approaches and non-court dispute resolution.

• Membership of Resolution; mediation or collaborative training would be advantageous.

• Excellent client care, communication and organisational skills.

• The ability to support junior colleagues and manage competing priorities.

• A proactive approach to business development and building client relationships.

Areas of work

The role will cover a broad range of private family matters, including divorce and separation, financial disputes, children matters and nuptial and cohabitation agreements.
